Write and Seal Labels

Write and Seal labels (sometimes known as part or self-laminating labels) can be printed on a variety of materials, as long as they have a writable surface, with favourite choices being matt paper, and matt vinyl. For a more sophisticated finish the labels can also be printed on matt polyester.

We can print your custom design including your company’s branding, contact details and the specific information that needs to be completed by the user.

We can also add QR codes, barcodes or serial numbers if you need to safely track your equipment or other assets. These are useful for security control of valuable items within an organisation and perfect for companies that loan equipment out to clients or patients.Once printed the write and seal labels are supplied on a roll for easy storage and use.

The finished label features a clear polypropylene hinged flap which is attached to the printed label. The flap also features a thin transparent layer that protects the adhesive surface. Once the information is completed on the label this thin layer is removed allowing the sticky surface to be stuck securely to the face of the label, sealing it tight and protecting the important information, which prevents it from being tampered with and keeps it safe from splashes of water or chemicals.
