The most robust applications and outdoor hazard warning labels benefit from a vinyl base, vinyl warning labels are known for their durability. Vinyl labels carry strong adhesion and are ideal for chemical labels, safety signs, heavy and cleaning equipment. These warning labels are unaffected by temperature variations, UV exposure, additionally the material is water and abrasion resistant.

Although vinyl and polypropylene labels are known for their strength and durability are a reliable label for adverse conditions; the materials are also capable of creating custom, elegant label designs. Custom clear labels are  often used on glass products, clear packaging or windows. Labels with glossy finishes and foil designs make statement labels to enhance any product.

Vinyl or polypropylene is available as a ‘self destruct’ or ‘ultra destruct’ material, these special materials are used as security substrates to produce Tamper-Proof Labels.

Clear Labels

Polypropylene is available as a clear material, and is often used in the creation of a diverse range of labels. These clear labels may be custom made and may be created for use on glass products, clear packaging or windows. There is also the option of using special adhesives so the label may be peeled off without leaving residue on the product's surface.

Sometimes extremely durable labels are needed. We can supply labels printed on 3M materials, we can also utilise label materials that have passed UL and cUL standards. Chemicals transported by sea must carry particularly durable labelling, materials must conform to BS 5609 part 2, materials with this high levels of adhesive performance, print performance and abrasion resistance are available on request.
